Kanye Omari West; born 8th of June, 1977; stage name Kanye West or just Ye as of much recently (as he may have legally changed his name). He is an iconic American record producer, rapper, singer and fashion designer; one of the most prominent of figures to be in hip-hop. He is known for his experimentally varying music style, iconic fashion, his cultural and political commentary and his much controversial persona in general.
